Warranty and Return

Al Mekshah offers a comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects, a detailed return policy ensuring fair exchanges and refunds, and a non-refundable pre-order policy.

International Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes:

• Damage from regular wear and tear, misuse, or accidental impacts (such as scratches, PVD coating wear, or chipping of the crystal).
• Unauthorized repairs, opening the watch case back, movement adjustments, or any other modifications done outside our authorized service centers.
• Damage to bracelets, straps, or accessories.
• Water damage caused by not securing the screw-down crown or exposing the watch to depths beyond its rated water resistance.

Return Policy

You can return or exchange any item in its original condition if you notify us via email or phone within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). You will receive either full store credit for your purchase price minus shipping, an exchange for another in-stock product, or a full refund minus shipping charges.

• Items and packaging must be undamaged. Watches must be unworn, and bracelets must not be resized. Any item showing damage, wear, or signs of use is ineligible for return or exchange. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• You can exchange your item for any in-stock product and pay the price difference. If exchanging for a less expensive item, the price difference will be given as store credit.
• Demo and pre-owned units cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Customized or factory-modified watches are non-refundable.
• Items must be received within 2 weeks of notice to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order deposits and payments are non-refundable and can only be applied as store credit.
