Warranty FAQs

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
  • Misuses or accidental impact, including scratching or chipping of the crystal.
  • Unauthorized repair, opening the watch case back, or any modifications outside our authorized service centers.
  • Damage to bracelets, straps, or accessories.
  • Water infiltration or damage due to failure to secure the screw-down crown or exposure to depths exceeding the rated water resistance.

Return Policy FAQs

Yes, you can return or exchange any item in its original condition if you notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.

  • Items and packaging must be undamaged.
  • Watches must be unworn and bracelets must not be resized.
  • Items must show no signs of wear or use.

Yes, returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

You can choose from:

  • Full store credit of your purchase price minus shipping.
  • Exchange for another in-stock product.
  • Full refund minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.

Items must be received within 2 weeks of your notification to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

No, demo and pre-owned units are not eligible for return or exchange.

No, customized or factory-modified watches are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy FAQs

You can exchange your item for any in-stock product. You will need to pay the difference if the new item is more expensive, or you will receive store credit for the difference if the new item is less expensive.

Pre-Order Policy FAQs

No, pre-order deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Pre-order deposits can be applied as store credit only.
