Al Mekshah offers a comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects, a detailed return policy ensuring fair exchanges and refunds, and a non-refundable pre-order policy.
International Warranty
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes:
- Damage from regular wear and tear, misuse, or accidental impacts (such as scratches, PVD coating wear, or chipping of the crystal).
- Unauthorized repairs, opening the watch case back, movement adjustments, or any other modifications done outside our authorized service centers.
- Damage to bracelets, straps, or accessories.
- Water damage caused by not securing the screw-down crown or exposing the watch to depths beyond its rated water resistance.
Return & Refund Policy
At Almekshah, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. Please take a moment to review our policies:
Refunds
•We operate a no cash refund policy on all purchases.
•Limited Editions and International Orders are final sale and non-refundable.
•A store credit may be offered at our discretion on selected items.
•A cash refund will only be issued if Almekshah cannot supply the exact product purchased.
Returns
•Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 calendar days of purchase.
•Proof of purchase is required (order number, product code, or description).
•Returns are not accepted for: Limited Editions, sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, and hazardous or flammable materials.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
Store Credit
•After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your store credit status.
•Store credits may be applied to future purchases but cannot be exchanged for cash.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change due to factors outside our control, including manufacturer price increases or currency exchange rate fluctuations.
Pre-Order Policy
Pre-order deposits and payments are non-refundable and can only be applied as store credit.
